|RETURN POLICY|| Your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will gladly accept your order return for unused or defective products. Used merchandise cannot be returned, no exceptions. All returns must be pre-authorized. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. You will not receive a refund or credit for any items returned without prior approval. For return authorization please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, items you would like to return and details of the return. The cost of shipping returns and its tracking information will be incurred by the Customer, we are not be liable for shipping errors. Returns are encouraged to be shipped back in the packaging we provided with ground shipping due to shipping regulations of the Federal Government (USDOT)..
We do not accept Returns/Exchanges beyond 21 days after you have received your package due to the nature of the products we offer. The products we ship are checked for any damage and are in ideal condition. We ship the latest updated packaging we have received from our vendors, for specific packaging please email us.
If we ship the wrong product(s) we will incur the cost of return shipment and the cost of shipment of the right products. We will email you a call tag via the United Parcel Service (UPS). If we do not have the correct item in inventory we will issue a refund to your account. Refunds will be applied within 14 days once the return has been processed, it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to post the refund to your account.
On rare occasion, either the UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS), has mishandled your package or if you have not received your package within 14 days of placing your order. We will send out a replacement order if delivery of the package has not been confirmed. We do not assume any responsibility for lost/stolen packages. If the content of the parcel has been damaged during transit please report with pictures of the damage within 3 days of delivery.
All purchases are made through acebeautycenter.com are made pursuant to shipment contracts with UPS and/or USPS and other regional carriers. Most packages are made through ground shipping because of DOT transit laws. If you placed an order and we were out of a product, we reserve the right to remove this item from your order. We usually ship out orders within one business day of receiving your order. We ship only within the United States, we do not ship internationally or to APO’s and FPO’s. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) like aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, products under pressure and others items that are flammable or corrosive. Items considered HAZMAT cannot be shipped to all addresses.
