    HOW TO USE

    Work a dab through wet hair, lather well and rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mending Conditioner.

      

    KEY INGREDIENTS

    Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5): For moisture, conditioning, and to help minimize hair tangles. Aids in damage control for hair. Helps lubricate the hair shaft, helping to reinforce the surface structure of hair, reduce split ends and helping to provide sheen and body to hair. It helps improve the texture of hair that has been damaged physically or by chemical treatment.

    Pantethine: Repair ingredient, especially for chemically damaged hair. Aids in repairing hair’s cortex, moisturizing and protecting hair from further damage.

    Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride: A highly specialized cationic derivative of natural guar beans. Provides excellent lubricity, conditioning, softness and anti-static properties, without weighing hair down. It can help enhance the feel and appearance of hair and ease wet and dry combing (detangling).

    Lauramidopropyl Betaine: This mild surfactant performs not only as a foaming and cleansing agent with conditioning properties, but also as an effective antistatic agent.

    Creatine: A natural amino acid derivative and hair conditioning agent. Also, an energy promoter; provides energy to the scalp to promote healthy-looking hair.

    A lipid blend (consisting of Linoleic Acid, Cholesterol, Squalane, Barley and Wheat Germ Extracts): To help restore lipids lost due to chemical and mechanical processing of hair; to strengthen and moisturize chemically and/or mechanically weakened hair.
    Bb.Products are free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and formaldehyde.

      RETURN POLICY  Your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will gladly accept your order return for unused or defective products.  Used merchandise cannot be returned, no exceptions.  All returns must be pre-authorized.  Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.  You will not receive a refund or credit for any items returned without prior approval.  For return authorization please email us at support@acebeautycenter.com. Please include your order number, items you would like to return and details of the return. The cost of shipping returns and its tracking information will be incurred by the Customer, we are not be liable for shipping errors.  Returns are encouraged to be shipped back in the packaging we provided with ground shipping due to shipping regulations of the Federal Government (USDOT)..

       We do not accept Returns/Exchanges beyond 21 days after you have received your package due to the nature of the products we offer.  The products we ship are checked for any damage and are in ideal condition.  We ship the latest updated packaging we have received from our vendors, for specific packaging please email us.

       If we ship the wrong product(s) we will incur the cost of return shipment and the cost of shipment of the right products.  We will email you a call tag via the United Parcel Service (UPS).  If we do not have the correct item in inventory we will issue a refund to your account.  Refunds will be applied within 14 days once the return has been processed, it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to post the refund to your account.

       On rare occasion, either the UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS), has mishandled your package or if you have not received your package within 14 days of placing your order.  We will send out a replacement order if delivery of the package has not been confirmed.  We do not assume any responsibility for lost/stolen packages.  If the content of the parcel has been damaged during transit please report with pictures of the damage within 3 days of delivery.

       All purchases are made through acebeautycenter.com are made pursuant to shipment contracts with UPS and/or USPS and other regional carriers.  Most packages are made through ground shipping because of DOT transit laws.  If you placed an order and we were out of a product, we reserve the right to remove this item from your order.  We usually ship out orders within one business day of receiving your order.  We ship only within the United States, we do not ship internationally or to APO’s and FPO’s.  Cost of shipping as follows (total of products not including taxes where applicable):

      * Expedited Shipping - Flat Rate '$25.00'

       *Delivery time and fees extra to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
       Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) like aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, products under pressure and others items that are flammable or corrosive.  Items considered HAZMAT cannot be shipped to all addresses.
