We do not accept Returns/Exchanges beyond 21 days after you have received your package due to the nature of the products we offer. If we ship the wrong product(s) we will incur the cost of return shipment and the cost of shipment of the right products. We will email you a call tag via the United Parcel Service (UPS). If we do not have the correct item in inventory we will issue a refund to your account. Refunds will be applied within 14 days once the return has been processed, it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to post the refund to your account.
On rare occasion, either the UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS), has mishandled your package or if you have not received your package within 14 days of placing your order. We will send out a replacement order if delivery of the package has not been confirmed. We do not assume any responsibility for lost/stolen packages. If the content of the parcel has been damaged during transit please report with pictures of the damage within 3 days of delivery.
